Question 1: What about the telephone lines in the new units?
Answer 1: Dar Alarkan completes all the formalities with regards to the telephone lines and it depends upon the STC to install the lines.

Question 2: Do water supply and electricity exists in the units or still awaited?
Answer 2: Both the requirement gets finished before delivery.

Question 3: What about the water tank is it sterilized and clean?
Answer 3: Yes there is a specialized cleaning company which takes care of these issues before delivery.

Question 4: Are all the walls of the unit heat protected and ceilings water protected, if yes how?
Answer 4: Yes to protect the wall from heat we use special material "Biton Ragawi" and to protect ceiling from water we use "Siterbour".

Question 5: Is the air condition inside the unit split or window?
Answer 5: Most of the units have split air condition.

Question 6: Is there a gas line in the kitchen?
Answer 6: yes, all units have the gas line in the kitchen.

Question 7: Is there a central telephone system?
Answer 7: yes most units have this system.

Question 8: Is there a satellite network?
Answer 8: yes most of villas.

Answer 9: yes the basic structure has 10 years Warrantee.

Answer 10: yes free maintenance for one year covering all items.

Answer 11: We use good material manufactured by a reputable company.

Answer 12: It is available in Eshbiliya and Monesiah.
